When orders are places with us, we need to ask for information such as your name, email address, phone number and credit and debit card details. A contact telephone number or email address allows us to contact you should there be a problem with your orders.

If you subscribe to our mailing list we do hold your information, however we never share this with anyone. We simply use that to contact you with promotional emails and newsletters about our products and services. Please note, you will only receive this if you opted in via our Wren&Black website.

If you would like to be removed from our mailing list at anytime you can simply click on the ‘Unsubscribe’ link at the bottom of any email communication sent by us or by emailing us at hello@wrenandblack.com.

Please allow us 2 business days from when the request was received to complete the removal, as some of our communications may already have been in process before you submitted your request.
